Fantastic Hotel Experience

versatile lighting delicious dishes convenient location helpful lounge

The rooms have versatile lighting perfect for adjusting to different areas. On-site restaurants feature delicious dishes influenced by both spanish and asian cuisine. I really enjoyed those. The hotel's proximity to the parade, about a seven-minute walk, made it convenient. The staff allowed me a later checkout due to the parade and the lounge was a plus.

The hotel design means rooms look directly into each other. Guests might have to keep the blinds shut for privacy.

Both restaurants in the hotel were very enjoyable to try and the food tasted amazing. The on-site restaurants provide a wide array of options, including dishes with spanish and asian influences. Service was consistently friendly and professional.

The hotel is located within walking distance of several key city attractions, i appreciated that. The subway station is also very close, about two minutes by foot. Its proximity to the parade, approximately seven minutes, enhanced convenience for attendees.

The rooms were clean plus very comfortable. I found the beds great. Rooms include blackout blinds on the windows, which i used. The rooms have versatile lighting that can adjust easily throughout different areas.

large window convenient location many restaurants dirty sheets closed pool difficult parking

my room had a large window. it let in lots of light (which i loved). the location was convenient. the hotel was close to the metro and many restaurants and museums were within walking distance.

i found stains on the sheets. also, the pool wasn't open. i wasn't informed of that when i booked. the parking situation was difficult. it took me 30 minutes to park across the street with all my luggage because it was raining that day.

comfy room great shower friendly staff

my room was super comfy, the shower too was great. staff was super friendly, they was helpful too. I loved the location, is walkable to everywhere i wanted to visit.

room service stopped AT ten pm, that's pretty early.
